Effective and last updated: October 5, 2026
This notice explains how 24/7 Janitorial Services (“we,” “us” or “our”) handles personal information collected through this website and related inquiries. Separate employment, contractual or legally required notices may apply to other activities.
Information we collect and why
We collect information you provide directly and technical information generated when you use the website. Required inquiry fields are identified on the form. Optional fields may be left blank.
- Contact and business details: your name, email, optional phone number and company, used to respond to you and discuss services.
- Project details and communications: service selection, facility type, approximate size, city or ZIP code, frequency, preferred schedule, message and subsequent correspondence, used to assess requirements, arrange a walkthrough and prepare a proposal.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and verification signals, used to operate the site, diagnose problems, limit abuse and protect submissions.
- Privacy choices and consent records: a saved browser preference, opt-out signals, inquiry consent and privacy-request correspondence, used to respect choices and meet applicable obligations.
Information comes from you, your browser and our security and delivery providers. We do not require payment-card information, passwords, access codes, Social Security numbers, medical records or student records through this form. Please do not include them. We do not use the inquiry form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How information is disclosed
Authorized staff use inquiries to respond and coordinate services. Hosting and network-security providers process technical information. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification signals, including IP and browser/device information, for bot detection; Cloudflare also describes its own uses in its Turnstile privacy notice. Resend processes inquiry content and routing information to deliver email; our Microsoft Outlook business mailbox receives the inquiry. See Resend privacy information and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect lawful rights and safety, or in a lawful business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. Providers may process information outside your state or country. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Retention
We retain contact details, project information and correspondence for the time reasonably needed to respond, prepare proposals, manage an active business relationship, maintain required business records and resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the last interaction, whether services are provided, applicable recordkeeping requirements and any legal hold. Technical and security information is retained for operational troubleshooting and abuse prevention, based on the incident and system requirements. Privacy choices are stored in your browser for up to one year; consent and privacy-request records are retained as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to routine backup cycles and lawful exceptions.
Cookies, tracking and external links
This website does not install advertising pixels or optional audience analytics and does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Essential hosting, security and verification functions may use necessary storage or technical signals. If you save a privacy choice, we use one first-party preference cookie that contains the choice rather than a personal identifier.
We do not track your activity across unrelated websites for advertising. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is recognized as an opt-out of sale or sharing; optional tracking remains off. We recognize Do Not Track (DNT) as a request to keep optional tracking off. These signals do not disable necessary security or inquiry delivery. You can view the detected signals and save an essential-only preference on our Privacy Preferences page.
Social, directory and map buttons are ordinary external links, not embedded tracking widgets. Clicking a link takes you to another provider, whose privacy practices apply. Security providers may process signals across websites to detect abuse under their own notices; we do not authorize unrelated third parties to collect information through this website for cross-site advertising.
Your requests and California rights
You may contact us to review, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, ask questions, or communicate a privacy choice. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or another applicable law provides rights, these may include knowing the categories, sources, purposes, recipients and specific pieces of information collected; obtaining a portable copy; correcting inaccurate information; deleting information subject to lawful exceptions; opting out of sale or sharing; limiting qualifying uses of sensitive personal information; and exercising rights without unlawful discrimination. We do not sell or share information for advertising and do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
Submit a request by email, phone or mail using the contact details below. Describe the request and provide enough information to locate the relevant records. We may proportionately verify identity for access, correction or deletion, and verify an authorized agent’s authority, without collecting unnecessary information. No account or identity verification is required for a sale/sharing opt-out. Where CCPA procedures apply, we acknowledge access, deletion and correction requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, with a further 45-day extension only when permitted and explained. We explain lawful denials and available review or appeal procedures when required.
Children and marketing
The website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Sending an inquiry authorizes a response about that request, not unrelated marketing emails, automated marketing calls or marketing texts. Any future marketing program will require its own lawful permissions and unsubscribe process.
Changes to this notice
We post changes here with an updated effective date. For material changes, we provide a prominent website notice or another appropriate notification and obtain additional consent when required before using information for a materially different purpose. Changes do not remove rights already provided by applicable law.
